Hi! I’m Pam Farley, and I live in the greater St. Louis area with my husband, two daughters, my dad, a dog, three cats, and a hermit crab. I started my career in education, moved into web development after around of teacher layoffs, and eventually needed to find a creative outlet away from the corporate world.
Initially, NRD was a way to keep the girls active during summer break. We had intended to make bath and body products until we discovered how many regulations there were and how much the product cost! That’s when we found custom apparel and decals. The first product was a decal designed by my oldest daughter in memory of a friend that passed away from Cystic Fibrosis. We donated the sale proceeds to the area Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. That lead to team shirts for the Great Strides Walk for Cystic Fibrosis, which led to jersey names for a soccer team, which led to custom spirit shirts for a marching band, and so on.
Over this time, I discovered all of the fun materials you can design with: glitter, metals, reflective material, rhinestones, and so many other fun options. There’s always something new around the corner, and we’re starting to branch out into key chains, badge reels, and my latest obsession - rhinestone cups!
